Once we have received your order we aim to have it dispatched to you within 5 working days. Orders received on a Friday will be dealt with on the following Monday. Should the item you have ordered be out of stock we will advise you immediately, giving you a new delivery date or offering you an alternative item if applicable. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. When you have received your order please check for damage immediately. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We use the best packing material, tubes and padded envelopes to ensure that your package reaches you safely. We deliver in the UK and Internationally. UK deliveries normally take 3-5 working days. International post is sent airmail and can take up to 14 days to arrive. Postage is added when you checkout the items in your shopping cart. If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered, the courier should put a card through your door. This will inform you as to how you can collect your package. Any orders returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address will only be resent at the customer's expense.

Once you have received your order and you find that it is damaged or we have inadvertantly sent you the wrong item you need to contact us immediately. All complaints will be dealt with and rectified within 7 working days. Please do not return an item until you have made contact with us first.
We are happy to replace any goods that have been wrongly supplied. When returning goods to us please try and use the original packaging. You are responsible for the return postage to us.

In accordance with Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, the consumer has 7 working days from the date of receiving goods in which to cancel the contract of sale.
All goods are sold subject to The Sale of Goods Act 1979, The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and The Distance Selling Act 2000.
You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of any item to us.
